7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dynamic Web Enterprise Solutions LLC is registered.
